I have these moments from time to time. I wish I had them more often. Sometimes I'm just minding my own business when suddenly I start thinking about how amazing the simple things that I see every day are, when I normally don't even notice them (such as an ordinary rock, or a puddle of water after rainfall, or even a hair on my pillow)I remind myself how expansive the universe is, and that in something as simple as a rock, realizing that inside that rock is a world of molecules, atoms and sub-atomic particles.
