		<description>I always think of the flow as our real higher level intentions rather than outside circumstances. They can look like outside circumtances if you have the philosophy that life happens to you, but to me the value of going with the flow is getting back to valuing what we really want to do instead of trying to do what we think we should. Doing things we don&#039;t like is like paddling upstream.</description>
