Absolutely refreshing and origional. I have been meditating for over 20 years and have met few that actually get it, as you do, and have the balls and guts to do it their own way as opposed to folowing traditional disciplines. I have incredible respect for more formal, traditional methods of meditation but know first hand, that all that matters is the outcome of finding a path to self-realization.
